And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair. ~ Kahlil Gibran

I Keep Trying

I do. I keep trying to come up with something interesting to say. I am just bone dry on ideas right now. I keep fretting over the lack of sunlight in my backyard and the cost of tree removal. But that isn't very interesting to you, I am sure.

I am a nervous wreck about taking the Sprouts to visit Big Sprout's grandparents this weekend (I did finally find someone to work for me). Our entire relationship is based on the family relationship held by Big Sprout. I have nothing in common with them and they have nothing in common with me. It makes for very stilted conversation, let me tell you. But that isn't all that interesting, either.

I have been trying my hand at writing ~~ just some fanfiction. I am finding it fun and frustrating at the same time. But....I am not nearly ready to share anything yet, and don't know if I ever will be, so there isn't too much to say about that.

The fact is, I am pretty boring. I am thinking that a vacation would be nice, but that isn't very likely to happen any time soon. So.....

G'night, all.

I don't know what to say, except good luck with the Sprout weekend. It sounds familiar...

And keep up with the writing. I want to do that kind of stuff. No vacation in sight for me either. I'm campaigning for a concert in the Cities on Friday night, and I may go alone if I have to...

It happens to the best of us.. nothing to say. Go ahead and take a litle break from the puter, play with the sprouts, take a nap, bake a dessert, anything other than writing and soon enough, it'll all come back and you'll have more to say again.

Anyone you know have a chainsaw? Cut the tree down yourselves and stack the wood for firewood next year? (gotta let the wood "rest" a season or two before you can use it as firewood)

Yes, keep up the writing, you will find it a journey into the unknown and often what appears on the page quite a surprise!hcjsqjf

And in my above post the surprise was typing the word verification in the text box... It's no act, I really am that vague at times...
