I saw a woodpecker in the yard today. I couldn't see it well enough to really identify it any further than to say it was definitely a woodpecker, since I was trying to peer through about 4 trees worth of branches to catch a glimpse of it.
It made me feel a little better.

Even if you can't see them, the sound of woodpeckers is cool. I have 4 types that visit my yard and they are all good fun to watch.
