Look! Little Sprout is Barefoot, too!
She takes her job of holding the sleeping bag down very seriously.
The ferns are coming up...
and the lilacs are leafing out.
We are making progress with the grass removal, but it is slow going. I never would have believed how long this is taking!
This is what happens when wild grapes are allowed to go crazy over a choke cherry bush. I will definitely be making baskets and wreaths this year when we cut them back. I think the choke cherry will go, too.
The apple tree is showing life...
as are the plum trees
And here is my favorite, the trillium, coming up and starting to bud.
