Halloween and Thanksgiving

My 7 yr old made this pumpkin with the help of DH. I think it turned out so great!

And here is 7 yr old all dressed up in her costume...what a beautiful witch!

Our new "punkin", all dressed up and wondering why Mommy devised this torture for her.

Thanksgiving.
Even after a night of no sleep, being up with the baby, I was able to appreciate the glory of a beautiful sunrise.

The only thing on my Christmas list (keeping with the holiday theme, here) is a new digital camera. The one I have was the best we could afford when I got it, but that was 4 yrs ago. In digital years, that puts it on par with the T-Rex...hehe. DH and I keep discussing it, but I am such a wimp when it comes to spending money. I have a camera that works, so it seems silly to spend money on one that, though it would be nicer and have capabilities I really WANT, isn't a necessity to take pics. So I just keep telling DH what I want in a DC and hoping he will get it for x-mas. That way, I can feel guilty that he spent so much on me and got an amazing gift but get over it much quicker than if I had buyers remorse. Make sense? Not to me, either.
