And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair. ~ Kahlil Gibran

Little Sprout's Funnies

-Little Sprout is very concerned that Mr. Barefoot may be a giant robot. Evidently she had a dream about this the other night, and she needs constant reassurance that the dream was not real.

-She has also become fascinated by vampires. She talks about them ALL. THE. TIME. It makes me nervous when I can hear her talking to someone in her room at night. I keep reminding her that we are safe from the vampires as long as we don't invite them into the house. I am hoping that she will listen to me for a change.

-Little Sprout has a new "Frosty" song to sing. It goes something like this:
"Frosty the Snowman
Is gonna melt away...
Humptity Dumptity GO!!!"

She also likes to tell me that "Fwosty is a nice guy, and he has real gwoves to pway!"

-She is enamored of the Subway theme song. I get to listen to "5 dollar.... 5 dollar... 5 dollar..." over, and over, and over.

-We got several cases of free fruit juice boxes from Uncle Wolfie (it sure is nice to have connections!). She walks around the house solemnly informing us that "Guava is DEEEE-wicious!"

-She didn't want to eat supper tonight. She kept telling me that it was too hot. After several attempts at cooling it off enough, this is what she did:
"I don't WIKE it, Mommy! It is too...(takes a bite)...Mmmmm! Dis is GOOOD!"
