And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair. ~ Kahlil Gibran

Dear Mr. Murphy

Murphy's Law ~ "Anything that can go wrong, will"

Dear Mr. Murphy;

I surrender. I most humbly beg forgiveness for whatever crime (real or imagined) I committed that has resulted in the unleashing of this most terrible of all curses.

Really. Can I have my life back? Please? *whine*

Can we make this a class action suit??

I have had such a day. First the chain fell off of the chain saw... again. Then while taking an online anatomy test at the local library, their internet went down and I couldn't submit my test. Many panicky hours later, the professor reset the test and let me take it again.

So, Mr. Murphy... I surrender too! Now go away!

Count me in on that class action too.

I always liked O'Toole's Commentary on Murphy's Law: Murphy was an optimist.

Re e4's post, I like my Irish friend's comment that "you always know when it's summer here, the rain is warmer".

I think he is related to the Murphy family.
