I will not, I will not. Not even one. Not even 1/2 of one, because if I don't say "NO" now, I never will.
Breathe in, Breathe out....

Is it working?!

Hang on! Find something to do with your hands and avoid all things that you once did that involved smoking. I am rooting for you.
You'll be fine, BG. The craving itself doesn't last very long. Find a healthy thing to substitute in place of the non-healthy thing. The very act of substituting WILL become a habit. You will be just fine. You're a strong person, remember that.
Yes! You CAN do it! We're all rooting for you! What a great change you're making! Think of all those money saving things you're accomplishing! Yeah Barefoot!
you will not you will not you will not!
(and it does get better)
I smoked for 14 years and finally quit! It'll be 2 years this September....
You can do it!! The pay off is HUGE! perky pink lungs!
I walked downstairs this morning and while I did thought "I hope Barefoot in still hanging on in there".
From Canada to the UK our thoughts (and prayers) are with you Barefoot.
I've never smoked so I can't give you any helpful advice but I will be here to help cheer you on.
I will ask this though...Have you prayed about it and asked GOD to take the cravings from you? I find this helps more than anything when I am trying to give up something like twinkies (which I can eat a box at a time of *grin*)
Praying for your success!
I tried to give up cookies once, but I'm no quitter...
Hang on in there Barefoot...
PS. Is that for real? just over a week and 236 cigarettes not smoked?
I love you guys...thanks so much for the support.
And yes, Peter, that is right....scary when you think about it, isn't it?
