Just a Little Rant

K, we all know I love Mr. Barefoot, right? So why does he have to PISS ME OFF so often?

This morning I woke up, stumbled out to the living room, and found reminders of things he wants me to take care of today. I hadn't even had my morning caffeine yet.

Maybe it is some kind of personal issue I have, but I HATE THAT.

Especially since he is as bad or worse about procrastinating than I am.

At least I have an excuse. Being slightly off your rocker definitely qualifies as a valid excuse. On top of that, there is the whole "I work nights and am damn tired so I don't want to do anything" excuse, as well.

Hmph

Hi Barefoot,
I was following two young women who were pushing prams with small children in them the other day and as they did they were complaining non-stop about their husbands.

One turned to the other and said in a loud and aggrived voice "Well to be brutally honest, I blame their mothers!" The other turned to her and said "Quite right, and so do I, its all their fault!"

I am still trying to get my head around it...

Peter-
LOL. I have to admit that I sometimes blame Mr. Barefoot's mom, as well. I think it is pretty common to get frustrated and angry with your spouse now and again. Unfortunately for my Mr., I am a very outspoken woman. I am not shy about letting him (or the whole world) know when I am miffed.

Don't feel too sorry for the Mr. He is perfectly capable of letting everyone know when he is T'd at me, he is just a lot more passive-aggressive about it. :)

(((((HUGS))))) Glad to see you back to posting!!! Hope the Mr. stops aggrivating you. Gods know how terribly aggrivating they can be!

(My mister, on top of the stupid comment the other day about ME spending too much money on necessities & stocking up, went and ate 2 of the 3 boxes of girl-scout cookies we bought this year, ALL BY HIMSELF!!! Didn't share so much as a crumb with me. That third box is getting hid, before he can touch it too!)

Kati-
Ooooh, I would be kicking some hubby-butt if I came home and he had eaten all the cookies like that! I figure 3 boxes, 3 of you....isn't the math obvious?!

Well, understandably, they were all 3 different types: Samoas, Thin Mints, and Tagalongs. Tay & I KNOW he gets most of the Samoas, but I told him off last night for not saving Tay & I AT LEAST 1 cookie each. And freak!!! To finish off a whole damned box of thin mints?!?! And the man GRIPES about being fat! Wonder WHY!?!?! I have NO sympathy for him. None. Whatsoever. And next time I see girlscouts selling cookies, I'm going to buy 3 boxes JUST for Tay & I, and I'm going to stash them where he'll never find them. (At work if I have to.) *grin*

Anyway. Yep. Men!
