And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair. ~ Kahlil Gibran

Just a Few Things

I got bored, so:

I am a
Snapdragon

What Flower
Are You?

I received a comment from Peter (Welcome again, Peter) That included this quote:

In the words of one Thomas Jefferson, "Cultivators of the earth are the most valuable citizens. They are the most vigorous, the most independent, the most virtuous, and they are tied to their country and wedded to its liberty and interests by the most lasting of bonds."

All I can say is wow. As in: Wowowowowowowow! Maybe it is the way it is written, I don't know, but that quote really affected me. Anybody else get the "warm-fuzzies" from that?

I don't have much time for chit chat today, as today seems to be the day that EVERYTHING must be done right now. I will try to bop around and see what you are all up to, though....

However, snapdragons are one of my favorite flowers...except the yellow ones which look like highlighter!

You Are a Canna
"You stand up for what you believe in, even if it gets in the way of what other people think. You are proud of yourself and your accomplishments and you enjoy letting people know that."

I don't even know what that is. I'm terrible with plants.

Whim
Calla's are (in my humble opinion) one of the most elegant flowers out there. Congrats on snagging that one!
