I got this tackle box at Wally World for just under $11.
Both have the nifty neat shoulder strap, both have 4 trays inside for storage of small items. But the tackle box also has 3 pockets on the outside, and is larger with more compartments.

It's impressive, to me, that you can see a thing and think of a different way to use it so that it meets your needs. I can't do that.
