Is it considered justifiable homicide when you smother your SNORING husband?

As a person who (according to vicious rumor) snores, I say, no ;).
YES! YES! YES!
My husband snores and to solve the problem, I bought some disposable ear plugs. It works like a charm.
If I was on the jury, I would not convict you!!
