And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair. ~ Kahlil Gibran

Shaking My Foundations

Life, seeing that I have become comfortable (and let's face it, complacent), has decided to throw several things at my head all at once to keep me on my toes. I am finding that I am more rusty than I had thought, but am dealing fairly well.

I think.

The unfortunat side effect is that I can't think of a single thing to say. I am wrapped up in my own head, and nothing going on in there could be of the slightest interest to the rest of the world.

Sorry, folks.

I am feeling the same way too. I guess I am distracted.

I'm going to stick a straw in your right ear and blow really hard. All the junk will squirt forcefully out of your left ear and all will be clear!!

Don't try this at home. I am pretending to be a professional and this is a closed brain!

It's okay to be wrapped up in your head. We all have days (and weeks) like that. We'll wait patiently for the next time you have something to share.
