K, Here's What I Wanna Know...

Why is it that all the couches in the entire world are ugly?

Mr. Barefoot insisted that we buy this love seat at the thrift store. It was in crappy shape, ugly, and falling apart but it was cushy and that is what he wanted.

So now it has totally fallen apart, and he doesn't like it anymore.

Knowing it needs to be replaced, I have been keeping an eye on Craigslist and the local thrift stores....nothing.

So I finally started looking at discount type stores....nothing.

Then I finally broke down and started checking out the really nice furniture stores.

You guessed it, nothing.

Now, it isn't quite true that all the couches in the world are ugly, really. It's just that the couches in the world are wrong for our living room. The wrong color or the wrong shape or totally perfect for the room but totally nothing that Mr. Barefoot would even sit on.

Ugh.

So, should I get rid of Mr. Barefoot or move? I am leaving it up to you, dear readers.
