And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair. ~ Kahlil Gibran

Save Yourselves!!!!!!

As soon as you are done reading this, go wash your hands. In fact, it might be better if you just hopped in the shower with a scrub brush and the strongest disinfectant you have. Then take some vitamin C, echinacea, and some of that Airborne stuff.

I have finally succumbed to Little Sprout's cold.

Instead of a head, I have a solid block wood. I am so stuffed up that I have no choice but to breathe through my mouth, and the dry air does nothing to soothe my sore throat.

Otherwise I feel fine.

Well, I guess my usual prescription of chocolate won't work here! Let's see what else I've about coffee with brandy or Bailey's? A hot bath with soothing eucalyptus scent? Extra warm socks and flannel pj's. Oh! And a family to dote on you and your every whim!

That should fix you right up!

Oh, my! That sounds heavenly. Too bad I have to work and the Sprouts aren't into doting on their ill mommy.

No, I will just have to stick with Day-Quil and making sure to wear a hat outdoors.

Okay, but don't say that Dr. Lisa didn't give her very best prescription! Can't help it if the patient ('s children) won't follow my instructions.

Guess you'll have to do it the old fashion way... suffer with it until it decides to go away by itself. Then a course of tasty chocolate will prevent any future occurences. Trust me, I'm a doctor, or at least I play one in blogland!
